AdviniaCare Orchard View in Riverside, RI is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team. You will help residents achieve their highest physical, emotional, and cognitive function.

You will design and implement individualized treatment plans, assess needs, and collaborate with the care team to promote independence and safety, with patient and family education on exercises and techniques.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist required.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs and develop individualized treatment plans to achieve goals
• Implement and modify treatment plans to address physical, cognitive, and emotional needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure coordination of care
• Educate residents and their families on therapeutic exercises and techniques
• Monitor and report on resident progress and outcomes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care
