Pro Rehab is hiring an Occupational Therapist to join the team at Fargo Elim Health Care Center temporarily. The position is Full-Time PRN, 35-40 hours per week from November 2026 through January 2027, with a wage range of $50 per hour and location at 3534 University Drive S, Fargo, ND 58104.

Responsibilities include assessing patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, providing therapeutic activities, and educating patients and families.

Qualifications

• Must be graduate from an Accredited Occupational Therapy Program and have a bachelor’s degree.
• Must possess a current Accredited ND Occupational Therapy (OTR) License.
• Must possess knowledge of state, federal, and local regulations as they pertain to long-term care.
• Must be capable of performing essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsabilités

• Assess & Evaluate Patients: Conduct evaluations to understand patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs affecting daily activities.
• Develop & Implement Treatment Plans: Create personalized intervention programs to improve independence in daily tasks and work-related functions.
• Provide Therapeutic Activities: Guide patients through exercises, adaptive techniques, and assistive device training to enhance motor skills and coordination.
• Educate & Support Patients & Families: Provide patient and caregiver education on coping strategies, home modifications, and improving quality of life.
• Monitor Progress & Adjust Plans: Track patient improvements, document progress, and modify treatments as needed.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work with doctors, physical therapists, and other professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
