Job summary

BJC HealthCare seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide evidence-based evaluation and treatment for patients across acute and outpatient settings. You will develop individualized treatment plans to improve functional independence and educate patients and families on home programs and adaptive strategies.

You will document care in the EMR, contribute to discharge planning, and support safety and quality initiatives within a collaborative care team focused on patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• OT with patient-centered, evidence-based approach.
• Experience across acute and/or outpatient settings.
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients.

Responsibilities
