Job summary

BJC HealthCare seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide evidence-based evaluation and treatment for patients across acute and outpatient settings.

You will develop individualized treatment plans to improve functional independence, collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team, educate patients and families on home programs and adaptive strategies, document care in the EMR, and support discharge planning and safety initiatives.
