Job summary

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and plan individualized OT programs to improve ADLs and IADLs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and supervise assistants as applicable.
• Complete accurate documentation in accordance with regulations.
• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and home programs.
• Travel to patient locations as needed in long-term or rehabilitation settings.
