Job summary

QuickPro Staffing seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver in-home health services on the east side of Cincinnati, OH. This direct hire role offers flexible full-time scheduling with 25+ visits per week and autonomy in the field.

You will perform initial evaluations, create and adjust treatment plans, supervise COTAs, document assessments and progress, and coordinate with physicians to ensure quality patient care.

A valid Ohio OT license and driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Must have Ohio OT license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (home health a plus).
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled OT services in patients' homes.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, adaptive equipment, and safety techniques.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Supervise COTAs as needed.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation, evaluations, progress notes, reassessments, and discharge summaries.
• Travel throughout the assigned service area to provide in-home patient care.

What You'll Do

• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) as needed.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation, evaluations, progress notes, reassessments, and discharge summaries.
• Travel throughout the assigned service area to provide in-home patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Ohio Occupational Therapist license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (home health experience is a plus).
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
