Weber Human Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver and supervise OT services within our Early Psychosis program in Ogden, UT. You will collaborate with clients and families to develop recovery-focused plans and integrate OT into overall care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Utah with active license.
• Experience evaluating and treating behavioral health clients.
• Ability to develop and monitor treatment plans and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect OT services within the Early Psychosis program.
• Develop and supervise client treatment plans and progress notes.
• Collaborate with family, teams and educators to integrate OT into recovery plans.
• Assess and address sensory processing and modulation to enable meaningful occupations.
• Lead staff meetings and ensure documentation compliance.
• Coordinate with supervisors on goals and program projects.
