Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions Inc in Montana is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a permanent, direct hire assignment in a skilled nursing facility / long-term care setting. This is a day-shift, full-time position open to experienced clinicians or new graduates.

You will provide skilled OT services following physician orders, assess patient needs, plan and evaluate care, and collaborate with all disciplines to achieve patient goals.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist / OT or in process for licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of occupational therapy interventions.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
