Job summary

Adventist Health White Memorial in Los Angeles is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a collaborative, interdisciplinary team and help restore function across patient groups.

You will perform evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and document care while meeting department objectives and timelines. CPR/BLS certification and state licensure are required; two years of OT experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) is required.
• Two years' occupational therapy experience is preferred.
• OT licensure in state of practice is required.

Responsibilities

• Completes evaluations to ensure quality standards and addresses assessment areas that require attention.
• Provides therapy interventions using appropriate treatment protocols and techniques; establishes care and discharge plans.
• Completes comprehensive clinical documentation within established deadlines.
• Supervises assigned assistants.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
