HAN Staff is seeking an Occupational Therapist for Beaumont, VA. This part-time role offers up to 32 hours per week with a local pay rate of $60.00/hour (W2). • Monday-Friday part-time up to 32 hours weekly

Occupational Therapist – Job Description

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans based on functional needs.

• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, coordination, daily living skills, and overall functional independence.

• Monitor and document patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate clinical records.

• Educate patients on therapeutic exercises, adaptive techniques, and strategies to support safe and independent functioning.

• Collaborate with the healthcare team and correctional staff to coordinate patient care while maintaining confidentiality and complying with facility security protocols.

• Follow all applicable clinical, safety, and correctional facility policies and perform other duties within the scope of practice.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current, valid, and unrestricted VA license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.

• Minimum of 1+ year within the last 3 years of recent experience as a n OT

• Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.

• Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., . BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test,)
