Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements treatment programs to improve patients' functional skills.
• Collaborates with patient/family; communicates with the care team and attends meetings.
• Provides skilled interventions per AOTA standards and completes required documentation.
• May participate in education programs and supervise students.
• Assesses discharge planning needs and participates in patient care transitions.
• Maintains safety, compliance with center policies, and supports research projects as needed.
