Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent is required.
• Master's Degree is preferred.
• Two years of OT experience is preferred.
• OT licensure in state of practice is required.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• State OT (OTR) certification is required.
• NOT certification is required (National OT).

Responsabilités

• Plans and conducts segments of treatment programs to restore and improve physical, social and mental functions.
• Serves as co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups.
• Completes evaluations and establishes individualized treatment plans.
• Provides therapy interventions and discharge plans.
• Completes clinical documentation within established deadlines; supervises assigned assistants.
