Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (some certifications will require Bachelor's): Required
• Master's Degree: Preferred
• Two years' occupational therapy experience: Preferred
• Occupational Therapy licensure in state of practice: Required
• CPR or BLS certification: Required
• State Occupational Therapist (OTR): Required
• National Occupational Therapist (NOT): Required

Responsibilities

• Plans and conducts segments of treatment programs to restore and improve physical, social and mental functions.
• Co-leads in interdisciplinary patient groups.
• Performs evaluations to guide care and establishes treatment plans.
• Provides therapy interventions with appropriate protocols and discharge plans.
• Documents clinical work within established deadlines.
• Supervises assigned assistants.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
