Job summary

Johns Hopkins Intrastaff is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat patients, develop plans of care, and educate families. The role involves collaboration with an interdisciplinary team at Johns Hopkins Bayview, with regular hours Monday through Friday and every third weekend.

A Maryland OT license and CPR certification are required, with a Bachelor’s degree in OT and prior clinical experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in OT and Maryland license required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• One year of OT clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and implement OT treatment programs for patients.
• Develop care plans, set goals, document progress, and complete discharge summaries.
• Provide individual and group OT sessions per physician orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families on home exercises and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in team meetings.
• Supervise and support Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
