AdventHealth in Winter Park, FL is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized plans, and discharge when goals are met. You will document thoroughly, educate patients and families, and support safety and quality initiatives.

The role requires OT licensure (or temporary), BLS, and comfort with EMR and team collaboration in a full-time, day shift setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (preferred).
• Occupational Therapist licensure (OT) or temporary OT status required/allowed.
• BLS certification required.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and basic Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Perform evaluations and re-evaluations using standard techniques.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and discharge recommendations.
• Document accurately and timely with objective terminology.
• Oversee therapy assistants and aides per regulations and standards.
• Contribute to quality initiatives and safety practices.
