IRG Physical & Hand Therapy, a premier outpatient Physical & Hand Therapy provider in the Northwest, seeks licensed therapists for its Everett, WA clinic. You’ll handle a diverse caseload focusing on adult and geriatric upper-extremity rehab, including post-operative care, arthritis, stroke, and wound care, with strong autonomy and dedicated patient care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in WA or eligible to practice.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and privacy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide diverse outpatient upper-extremity rehabilitation with emphasis on adult and geriatric patients.
• Treat post-operative hand, arthritis, CVA/stroke, and degenerative conditions.
• Fabricate custom splints and deliver wound care.
• Collaborate with clinicians while maintaining 1:1 patient care model.
• Maintain autonomy over scheduling, income, and career path.

This role offers a diverse outpatient caseload with a strong emphasis on adult and geriatric upper extremity rehabilitation.

You'll treat patients with:

• Post-operative hand and upper extremity conditions
• Arthritis
• CVA/stroke
• General orthopedic pain
• Degenerative conditions
• Tendon and nerve injuries
• Custom splint fabrication
• Wound care
• Functional upper extremity rehabilitation

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
• CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Knowledge and adherence to HIPAA laws and compliance regulations.
• Demonstrated excellence in clinical processes and responsibilities.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, coordinate, and perform a broad variety of tasks and stay focused on the objective in a high-stress environment.
