Job summary

IRG Everett is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide outpatient OT services for children aged 2–16 in a collaborative clinic. This role emphasizes autonomy, mentorship, and a patient-centered approach.

The successful candidate will work within a therapist-centered team, with opportunities to specialize and grow through a revenue-share model and enhanced compensation for 1:1 care.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Physical Therapist or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.
  • CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Knowledge and adherence to HIPAA laws and regulations.
  • Demonstrated excellence in clinical processes and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient occupational therapy services for children ages 2–16.
  • Partner with families to develop daily living skills.
  • Collaborate with a pediatric therapy team in a clinic setting.

Pediatric Occupational Therapist

You'll primarily provide outpatient occupational therapy services for children from age 2 through 16, partnering with families to help children develop the skills they need for everyday life.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
  • Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
