Job summary

Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services in Fargo, ND is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate, plan, treat, and implement patient care according to professional standards and organizational policies.

You will conduct therapy assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, educate patients and caregivers, coordinate with physicians and leadership, supervise staff, and participate in discharge planning, documentation, billing, and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must hold current state licensure in Occupational Therapy.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
• Strong documentation and billing/scheduling experience.

Key Duties Include

• Supervising support staff and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize clinical and financial outcomes.
• Coordinating with physicians and leadership to ensure cohesive patient care.
• Adhering to ethical standards, organizational policies, and scope of practice.
• Flexing to other departments as needed and potentially serving as a clinical instructor or committee member.

This casual role involves weekend rotations, including a full-day Saturday in-hospital and an on-call shift Sunday morning with compensation. Candidates must hold current state licensure and possess a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
