Responsibilities

• Manage small caseload of students.
• Provide individualized and group occupational therapy services.
• Organize and adapt programs to meet student skill levels.
• Conduct, score, and analyze assessments.
• Create, score and update OT IEP goals.
• Complete annual progress reports and evaluation reports.
• Daily documentation notes of OT sessions.
• Participate in OT dept meetings and supervision time.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in weekly meetings.
• Recommend and implement therapeutic programs and interventions.
• Train classroom staff on therapeutic programs.
• Provide weekly progress updates to parents.
• Prepare for and participate in IEP meetings for students on caseload.

Education
