Job summary

PT Solutions is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. The role supports development deficits, activities of daily living, work conditioning, range of motion, balance, cognition and strength through targeted therapy plans.

Compensation ranges from $28.00 to $35.00 per hour based on experience and market factors, with monthly incentive bonuses and a sign-on bonus available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved occupational therapist assistant program.
• State Licensure required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment for treatment and assist an Occupational Therapist with rehabilitative activities for patients.
• Establish strong relationships with each patient so that they have ability to exceed their functional goals.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community.

Job Overview & Responsibilities
