The Occupational Therapist Assistant will provide appropriate therapeutic intervention specific to the age and condition of each patient and carry out the plan of care which is established by an occupational therapist. An OTA is responsible for thoroughly documenting patient treatment sessions and any changes in condition and other pertinent information as required. The successful candidate will be in communication consistently with the supervising occupational therapist to notify the OT of when goals are met and goals and/or the plan of care needs to be updated.
