• JOB SUMMARY:
• Comply with all applicable rules, policies, standards, and guidelines related to employment with Westminster Services and its communities.
• Monitor residents' progress and communicate with the Occupational Therapist (OT).
• Carry out established resident Care Plans and goals as designated by the OT.
• Assist the OT during resident evaluations.
• Maintain documentation of residents' activities, record progress, and billing activities.
• Perform Resident’s Home Assessments as part of the discharge process, as directed by the OT.
• Conduct Resident screenings during admission, quarterly, and annual assessments to determine the need for therapy, as directed by the OT.

Essential Qualifications

• Associate's Degree from an AOTA-accredited program.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in states regulating Occupational Therapy Assistants.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in multi-faceted systems and interact with staff and residents at all levels.
