Pay Range

Base pay range: $58,400.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr. Actual pay will depend on skills and experience.

Role Summary

Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first. As a Home Health Occupational Therapist Assistant, you will:

• Provide therapy services supervised by a qualified Occupational Therapist.
• Assist in implementing programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance task performance.
• Design and adapt equipment and environments to improve patient independence.
• Provide therapeutic treatment and instruction based on physician orders.
• Report observations, document patient progress, and assist with reports.
• Instruct patients and families on home programs and equipment use.
• Participate in care coordination and discharge planning.
• Design community reintegration activities to support physical and psychological recovery.

Requirements and Skills

• Current and unrestricted OTA licensure.
• Minimum six months of experience preferred.
• Home Health experience is a plus.
• Current CPR certification.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

Additional Pay Details

Pay per visit/unit: $37.00 - $52.00. Full-time base pay: $58,400 - $80,000 annually.
