AccentCare is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for Home Health in Bloomington, MN. This full-time role supports patients in their homes, delivering therapeutic interventions and collaborating with a care team to achieve meaningful outcomes.

You will have an Associate degree in Occupational Therapy, must hold a valid license and CPR certification, and be able to travel to multiple locations. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Salary: $58,900 - $65,000 / Paid on a Pay Per Point basis. The compensation reflected on this posting is an estimate of annual compensation for full-time status. Schedule: M-F 8 am-5 pm
