Job summary

• Accurately document therapy sessions and maintain records per regulations.
• Participate in care conferences, team meetings, and in-service training.
• Ensure proper use of adaptive equipment and recommend adjustments when necessary.
• Foster a positive, encouraging environment for residents and team members.
