Job summary

Lorian Health in Long Beach, CA is seeking a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support patients in their homes. You will work under supervision of an Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist to deliver hands-on, patient-centered care and help improve independence and mobility.

The position offers a Pay per visit model with competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• COTA license (state-issued) and CPR certification.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Prefer 2+ years of COTA experience; home health experience a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
