• Document daily treatments and weekly progress notes per state rules.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to train Restorative Aides and support mobility.
• Communicate patient progress and discharge planning with the team.
• Educate residents and families on maintenance and safe discharge planning.
• Maintain a clean, organized treatment environment.
