Job summary

Visiting Nurse Association of Florida is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for Home Health. You will deliver occupational therapy treatments under OT supervision, help patients improve daily living skills, monitor progress, educate patients and caregivers, and support the implementation of the treatment plan.

The ideal candidate holds an active Florida COTA license, has home health experience preferred, and can work independently.

Qualifications

• Active Florida COTA License required.
• Experience in home health settings preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage patient progress.
