Job summary

Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital; Northwest Arkansas in Rogers, AR is seeking an Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for inpatient rehabilitation. This FT position works M-F, 8am-5pm with rotating weekends and holidays.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document patient progress, and help maintain a safe, organized treatment area. In addition, you will assist with scheduling and daily treatment charges while upholding compliance and professionalism in a fast-paced clinical

Qualifications

• Active COTA license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification.
• Strong communication, time-management, and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (preferred).
• A commitment to safety, integrity, and high-quality patient care.

Schedule: FT | M-F | 8am - 5pm | Rotating Weekend and 1 major and 1 minor holiday
