Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital in Northwest Arkansas seeks a dedicated Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for inpatient rehabilitation in Rogers, AR. This PRN/full-time role supports an interdisciplinary team and requires active COTA licensure in Arkansas with CPR certification.

You will contribute to high-quality patient care, document progress, and assist with scheduling and daily treatment charges while upholding safety and compliance in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Active COTA license in the state of practice (Arkansas) or eligible for licensure.
• CPR certification.
• Strong communication, time-management, and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) is preferred.
• Commitment to safety, patient care, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to plan and monitor patient care.
• Communicate patient progress and treatment plans to the team and families.
• Maintain a safe, organized treatment environment and ensure equipment readiness.
• Assist with scheduling, daily treatment charges, and regulatory compliance.
