PT Solutions is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support the licensed Occupational Therapist in delivering therapy services, including ADLs, ROM, strength, and gait activities. You will help implement exercise programs and monitor progress with each patient.

Under supervision, you will build strong patient relationships, collaborate with clinicians, and contribute to community outreach while supporting a diverse patient population across neuro, trauma, ortho, and hand

Competenze

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved occupational therapist assistant program.
• State Licensure.
• Basic Life Support Certification via the American Heart Association.

Job Overview & Responsibilities

Under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, the Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant assists the Occupational Therapist in the practice of occupational therapy to include development deficits, activities of daily living work conditioning, range of motion, coordination, balance endurance, cognition, and exercise programs to restore function and increase strength.

Qualifications & Pay Range

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved occupational therapist assistant program
• State Licensure
• Basic Life Support Certification via the American Heart Association

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $25.00-$33.00/year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
