Are you a dedicated health professional eager to make a real impact? Unify Health Services is looking for passionate Industrial Health Clinicians to support workplace wellness and injury prevention.

• Location: Menomonee Falls, WI
• Schedule: PRN coverage (as needed), Monday through Friday
• Shifts: 1st and 2nd shifts

Who You Are:

We’re looking for licensed Athletic Trainers, Physical Therapist Assistants, or Occupational Therapist Assistants who are:

• Dedicated to injury prevention, rehabilitation, and wellness
• Skilled in ergonomic assessments and early intervention strategies
• Passionate about fostering a safe, healthy work environment

Your Role:

As an Industrial Health Clinician, you will:

• Provide body mechanics training and job coaching
• Conduct early intervention and ergonomic assessments
• Lead work simulation and wellness programs
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage employees in proactive wellness initiatives
• Collaborate with HR, safety teams, and management
• Track and report program outcomes to measure impact

Physical Demands & Dress Code:

• Frequent walking, sitting, and computer use
• Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Professional attire with site-appropriate PPE required
