Job summary

Key Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team in the Fort Scott/ Butler/ Nevada, KS area in a SNF setting on a PRN basis. The OTA will support the OT care plan, help advance patient progress, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve patient goals.

We welcome both new graduates and experienced therapists who are eager to grow in geriatric care, with a flexible schedule and supportive work environment that values employee well-being and career goals.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program with an active COTA license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year in the field in a related role.
• Adherence to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct and all relevant state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• COTAs will implement the OT's care plan, advance patient progress as directed, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to help patients achieve their goals.
