CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. is seeking an Occupational Therapist Assistant to provide patient-centered therapy to help restore functional abilities and independence for clients.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, or access to transportation.
• Preferred: CPR certification.
