CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. is seeking an Occupational Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality OT care and support patients toward independence and improved quality of life.

The role emphasizes collaboration with patients, families, and caregivers to deliver personalized treatment plans. Responsibilities include assisting in therapy plan implementation, documenting outcomes, and working within a team to promote patient rehabilitation and progress.

Qualifications

• State licensure or certification as required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proven competency in occupational therapy treatment.
• OTA program degree preferred.
• CPR certification preferred (unless mandated by policy)

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing therapy plans and interventions
• Document treatment outcomes and patient progress
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient rehabilitation
