Job summary

Live Well Homecare seeks a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to support therapists in delivering rehabilitative care in a skilled nursing facility. You will assist in therapy sessions, document progress, and educate patients and families on proper techniques while maintaining a safe treatment environment.

The role requires a OTA program degree, active licensure, and at least 1 year of experience, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications
