• Updated Resume
• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in good standing with the state of NM
• BLS Certification
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience preferred
• Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Licensed driver with insured automobile according to state/agency requirements, with a good driving record and reliable transportation
• Current CPR certification
