Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a compassionate occupational therapist for an acute care setting in Portland, OR. This role follows patients from admission to discharge and covers multiple floors and departments, including ICU and step-down units.

The position offers a 4x10-hour shift schedule, 4.5 weeks of PTO, multiple insurance plans, and a structured clinical ladder with compensation tied to certifications and specialty areas. New grads welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT evaluation and treatment across acute care patients.
• Monitor and document patient progress from admission to discharge.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team across floors and departments.
• Manage caseload of units including med/surg, neuro, ortho, oncology, ICU and ICU step-down.
• Adhere to four 10-hour shifts per week.
