Job summary

Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a part-time role (0.6–0.8 FTE) with day shifts in Acute Rehab. You will assess patients, plan and implement treatment, educate families, and collaborate with the care team to promote a positive, patient-focused approach.

Required: California OT license, BLS through American Heart Association, and graduation from an accredited OT program. Preferred: 2 years OT and 1 year rehab experience.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy school.
• California Occupational Therapist License required upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification required upon hire.

The practice of occupational therapy shall include assessment, treatment planning, and implementation, education, communication and demonstration of leadership to address the needs of patients and their families as well as to foster a positive working relationship among professionals and ancillary staff. Position requires general supervision.

$55.68 - $83.79
