Job summary

Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a part-time day shift in Santa Rosa, CA. The role includes assessment, treatment planning and implementation, patient/family education, and collaboration with the care team.

Responsibilities

• Assessment of patient needs and creation of treatment plans.
• Implementation of therapy interventions and progress monitoring.
• Education of patients and families regarding therapy goals and outcomes.
• Communication with the care team to coordinate patient care.
• Demonstration of leadership and collaboration with staff and ancillary teams.

Occupational Therapist at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital. This position is Part time and will work 8-hour Day Shifts.

The practice of occupational therapy shall include assessment, treatment planning, and implementation, education, communication and demonstration of leadership to address the needs of patients and their families as well as to foster a positive working relationship among professionals and ancillary staff. Position requires general supervision.

Required Qualifications

• 2 years Occupational Therapy.
