Nealy Pierce is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist for a nonprofit California hospital's Acute Care team. You will deliver 1:1 patient care with 45–60 minute evaluations to adults and geriatric patients across ICU, Ortho, Neuro, Cardiac and related services, with NICU exposure possible.

Schedule options include 4/10s or 5/8s, plus mentorship, interdisciplinary rounds with physician staff, relocation assistance, and a sign-on bonus to support a lasting career.

Qualifications

• Masters/Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active California license or ability to obtain.
• Acute Care experience preferred.
• H1-B Visa Sponsorship not available.

Responsabilités

Full-time permanent Acute Care position...the Acute Care team is the very heartbeat of this hospital. This Occupational Therapist will work with patients in the most critical state of their life and have the opportunity to meet them in their need. Join a collaborative team of 10 PTs, 11 OTs, and 2 SLPs while getting to work with various ICU, Ortho, Neuro, Vascular, Stroke & Cardiac patient populations with the opportunity to work in NICU as well. Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader and a passion for patient-centered care.
