Job summary

Atrium Medical Center in Middletown, OH seeks a Licensed Occupational Therapist for acute care and inpatient rehab. Full-time position with hours 7:00am–3:30pm and two weekend days per month, providing evaluation and direct patient care.

The OT will assess and treat patients with orthopedic and neurological impairments, document progress, and participate in staff activities while maintaining licensure and CEU requirements. Experience preferred; BLS within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in occupational therapy from an accredited OT program.
• Licensure: Current occupational therapy license in State of Ohio. Maintains CEUs for licensure renewal.
• Certification: BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Experience: May be a recent graduate with a generalist background. Prefer a minimum of one-year experience.

• This position is responsible for maintaining certification and/or licensure, achieving all continuing education requirements, demonstrating excellent customer service and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the department.
