Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat patients in accordance with the laws and rules that govern the practice of Occupational therapy in the state of Ohio.

Although team members report directly to a team leader, they are also responsible to each other, to those they supervise, and to other participants included in the patient care activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Level Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy and Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with Ohio OT laws and rules.
• Collaborate with team leaders and other participants in patient care activities.
• Position may include a weekend component and requires background check; drug screen or physical may be required after offer.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Level Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy. Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Ohio.
• 0 years of relevant experience required. 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Populations for this position will include, but not limited to, general medicine, general surgery, orthopedic spine, neurovascular, neurosurgery, and neurocritical care.

Position schedule will include a weekend component.

Final candidates are subject to successful completion of a background check. A drug screen or physical may be required during the post offer process.
