Job summary

PT Solutions in Crestview, FL is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist for acute care to deliver evidence-based care and advance patient functioning. You will collaborate with hospital staff to create and adjust treatment plans while supporting patients and families throughout the recovery journey.

The role offers mentoring, ongoing education through MedBridge, and opportunities for professional growth within a nationally recognized rehabilitation network.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACOTE approved occupational therapy program.
• Registered with NBCOT.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to previous level of functioning or proceed to next level of care.
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (I.e. physicians, case management, nurses, etc)

Compensation

Pay Range: $75,000-101,000/year (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
