Job summary

The VIOS Clinic in Missouri seeks a full-time Occupational Therapist to provide skilled inpatient services in an acute care hospital setting. You will establish treatment plans, deliver therapy, and coordinate with patients, families, and the care team to support discharge needs.

You will delegate tasks to assistants, complete documentation, and conduct assessments and re-assessments while educating families and referring when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Licensed Occupational Therapist in good standing.
• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish treatment plans and deliver therapy in inpatient setting.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams for discharge planning.
• Delegate tasks to assistants and students while ensuring quality interventions.
• Complete documentation per departmental policy.
• Provide assessment, reassessment, and consultation services for OT.
