Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an Inpatient Occupational Therapist to provide rehabilitation services to hospitalized patients. You will evaluate, treat, and progress functional goals, collaborating with the care team to restore independence.

The role requires a state license, NBCOT, and BLS, with a focus on evidence-based plans and education for patients and families. You will work within an interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes and ensure smooth transitions of care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AOTA-approved occupational therapy program.
• Current state licensure and NBCOT registration.
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
