LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC in Grovetown, GA is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to deliver acute care services, including coverage for two weekend days per month and one holiday annually. You will assess, plan, and implement rehabilitative programs to improve daily activities, mobility, cognition, strength, and coordination, and collaborate with physicians to evaluate treatment plans.

Educate patients and families, document care and progress, and ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy with a valid OT license.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities
