Creekside Village is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide diagnostic and therapeutic services for residents with impaired activities of daily living. The OT will evaluate, treat, document, and facilitate care and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings as required.

We welcome new grads and offer an $8,000 sign-on bonus. The role requires collaboration with nursing leadership to develop ADL decline prevention policies and procedures.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate with residents, families and healthcare professionals; ability to present information to supervisor.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions.
• Must have a current Occupational Therapist license.

Aufgaben

• Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to evaluate, treat, document, and facilitate care for residents with impaired ADLs.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings as required.
• Assist the Director of Nursing to develop ADL decline prevention policies and procedures.
