Job summary

Creekside Village/Ravenwood is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to evaluate, treat, document, and/or facilitate care for residents with impaired ADLs, and to participate in the interdisciplinary team meetings as required.

New grads are welcome, and a new $8,000 sign-on bonus is offered. The OT will assist the Director of Nursing Service to develop ADL decline prevention policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
• Must have a current Occupational Therapist license.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to evaluate, treat, document, and/or facilitate care for residents with impaired activities of daily living.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings as required.
• Assist the Director of Nursing Service to develop ADL decline prevention policies and procedures.
