Willow Tree Post Acute in Topeka, KS seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide rehabilitative therapy in a skilled nursing setting, focusing on cognitive and ADL recovery. You will work with a caring team to help residents regain independence in daily activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy or related field.
• Active Kansas state license.
• 1+ years of experience in a skilled nursing facility environment.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients and develop a plan of care for cognitive/ADL disorders.
• Provide rehabilitative treatment per regulatory standards.
• Document progress and coordinat e with the rehab team.
• Supervise therapy assistants and students as applicable.
• Complete discharge summaries per requirements.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field

Active Kansas state license

1+ years of SNF experience
